Refund policy

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, made-to-order pieces, custom work, and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

We want you to be happy with your piece.  Please inspect your piece at the time of pickup or handoff.  If you discover an issue that was not apparent at the time of receipt, please contact us at orders@paristudio.com within 3 business days.

Custom, bespoke, resized, altered, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
